4) Fried foods - really doesn't matter what it is, just avoid it. Too much fat, too many empty calories.
5) Protein - Try to eat leaner proteins, for example chicken instead of beef, or beef instead of pork. That way you can still have your meat entrees, but shave fat and calories at the same time.
6) Fruits - Eat more fruit. I have never met a person who was eating too much fruit. Yes, you'll get calories and sugars, but they're natural sugars, so you won't crash.
7) Walking - this ties into exercise, but is easier. If the store is two blocks away, walk. If you work on the third floor, take the stairs.
