Almond Milk for Weightloss?

Almond milk is better than regular milk to lose weight? Well, actually there is nothing wrong with regular milk, but if you are going to try almond milk instead of regular milk, you can save about 100 calories per day and a cup of milk, and when looking at a diet weight loss I always try to keep as many of my favorite foods as possible, the fastest way to fail at any diet is to enjoy.
It can be used anywhere that is typically used regular milk and is very easy to do.
Basically, all you have to do to make almond milk is to soak some raw almonds in water for 8-14 hours, drain the almonds and add 1 cup of the blender with 2 cups of water and mix at high speed until turns white and almonds have become all the pulp. Hence the effort through a sieve or cheesecloth or something similar (I use a regular kitchen strainer - takes a bit of white as the mass tends to block the filter fast enough). You can save the almond paste use cookies or anything else that requires almond flour (I have not tried yet I'm not really a cookie person).
So is normal unsweetened almond milk, I've found that works very well in coffee is add half vanilla pod (split the pod and scrape out the seeds and add to blender) and some stevia (natural sweetener without calories ) before mixing, it makes a great addition to coffee - it tastes good and helps with your weight plans.
Note: If you are on a weight loss diet sweetener deal with your favorite raw honey - yummmm!
On the subject of regular milk and its health properties, there are many sites out there that will tell you the amount of cow's milk is for your health, but I can not say that I agree with these sites in the case of those of us who are bodies can digest cow's milk without problems. There was milk all my life and have never had any sign of the health of many of the side effects that many people say milk causes.
I can understand the problems of people with a low tolerance to lactose or milk solids, but I have to say that I have never had any problems of any cow milk drinking life.
It may seem a little strange to begin this article with the benefits of almond milk, then indicate that cow's milk is fine and no problem, but when it comes to losing weight, it is actually a good idea to try to reduce the consumption of cow's milk, as it contains a lot of calories and it has been shown that sometimes can slow your metabolism (for example, a glass of warm milk before bedtime) to low, which is not preferable when trying to improve health and lose weight.
